Tiny Toes Private Preschool is seeking a passionate, reliable, and experienced Head Teacher to join our growing team! We are looking for a strong leader who loves working with children and can create a positive, nurturing, and structured classroom environment.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum of 2 years classroom experience
• Strong classroom management and leadership skills
• Ability to create and implement lesson plans
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage classroom daily operations
• Supervise assistant teachers and classroom staff
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and educational environment
• Communicate professionally with parents and administration
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and center policies

Pay:

$19–$21 per hour (based on experience)
