Sales and Account Manager

We are currently seeking to hire an Outside Sales Rep to join our team! This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships, and developing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the sales activities
• Establish sales quotas and goals
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • College degree or pursuing sales field also accepted
• Experience as a supervisor or manager, or proven self-motivator
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
