Experienced Groundsman- Tree Work

We currently need an Experienced Groundsman (Tree Work) to join our team! This is year round work and you can start immediately. $500-$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS. **Bonus depends on level of experience and qualifications.** 1 years experience working in the field required.

Responsibilities:

• SAFETY FIRST- knowing where to be on the job and how to assist your fellow crew mates in a safe manner and complying by OSHA work/safety regulations
• Timely Attendance to the shop on a daily occurrence
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery/equipment- oil changes, basic troubleshooting- *being mechanically inclined helps and is highly desired
• Must know how to (at minimal) operate a chainsaw and basic safety around heavy machinery
• MUST BE PHYSICALLY ABLE TO PERFORM BASIC TASKS SUCH AS: lifting heavy weight items that could be 50+ lbs or more, being nimble and responsive on the job site- able to operate smoothly with the crew in a timely fashion.

​Requirements :

• Previous experience in the tree-care industry (1 yr at minimal)
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• DRIVERS LICENSE and a reliable form of transportation to and from work (CDL is not required but desired)
• Must pass basic drug screen prior to hiring
