Bilingual Mixer / Heavy Lifter – Food Production

We are currently hiring Bilingual (English/Spanish) Mixers / Heavy Lifters for a food production facility in Memphis, TN.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position working in a cold/refrigerated warehouse environment. Employees will assist with weighing, preparing, and mixing ingredients according to production recipes and specifications.

Job Duties:

• Weigh and measure spices/ingredients according to recipes
• Mix and prepare ingredients for production
• Refill and move spice/ingredient containers as needed
• Label and properly store completed mixes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Clean equipment and work areas according to food-safety procedures
• Follow GMP, sanitation, and safety requirements
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must be comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment
• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable with a physically demanding, fast-paced position
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and able to work until production is completed
• Food production, warehouse, mixing, or manufacturing experience is a plus

Available Shifts:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – Until Finish
Pay: $16.50/hour

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – Until Finish
Pay: $17.50/hour
