People Source is seeking a Recruiter / Onsite Manager to recruit and manage skilled tradesmen for local and travel construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and interview skilled tradesmen
- Coordinate employee onboarding and job placements
- Manage and support employees onsite
- Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs
- Maintain a strong pipeline of skilled trades candidates
- Split schedule between Midlothian and Arlington
Requirements:

Staffing/recruiting or construction experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
