Position Overview

We are looking for a Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high-quality standards.


Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm


Responsibilities

  • Prepare, mix, shape, and bake a variety of baked goods according to recipes.
  • Operate bakery equipment including mixers, ovens, and proofers.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the baking process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with ingredient preparation, inventory, and stocking as needed.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous baking (At least 1 year of experience in fast paced work environment and leadership ability)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
