Job Description
We are seeking dependable CDL Company Dump Truck Drivers to join our Englewood, TN team. This role offers steady, year-round local driving with a Monday–Friday day shift schedule and optional weekend shifts. Drivers will be home daily, enjoy competitive wages, and have access to full benefits after 90 days. Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure safety, legality, and security
- Secure loads properly and adhere to safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
- Submit customer paperwork including invoices, load orders, and reports
- Manage time efficiently and follow schedule adherence
- Operate manual transmission vehicles when required
- Maintain positive daily customer interactions and relations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Class A CDL license
- Experience operating manual transmission vehicles
- Strong vehicle inspection and safety compliance skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Effective time management and load securement expertise
- Dependability and strong documentation practices
