ONLY 10 POSITIONS REMAINING – REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

New Jersey Residents Only | Full-Time | Remote

We are currently filling the final 10 openings for Remote Customer Service Representatives supporting a statewide healthcare marketplace. If you have customer service or call center experience and are interested, please reach out as soon as possible.

Pay Rate:

  • $18.00/hour – English
  • $19.00/hour – Bilingual English/Spanish

What You'll Do:

  • Answer inbound calls from consumers and assist with healthcare coverage questions
  • Assist individuals and families with healthcare coverage applications
  • Explain eligibility determinations and enrollment options
  • Process customer updates and requests
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Resolve questions and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Provide professional, empathetic customer service

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply

Paid Training Provided

Training is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST for three to four weeks. Attendance is mandatory, and cameras must remain on during training and nesting.

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Must reside in New Jersey
  • Private, quiet workspace
  • Personal computer meeting BYOD requirements
  • Second monitor
  • Reliable wired high-speed internet
  • Smartphone capable of supporting Microsoft Authenticator

Important: Open Enrollment schedules may include evenings and weekends. Schedules are assigned based on business operating hours.
