About the job

The Receiving, Distribution & Records Technician supports warehouse operations by receiving,

storing, distributing, and tracking supplies, equipment, and records while maintaining accurate

inventory and documentation.

We're looking for someone who

%CF; Holds a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and work experience (preferred)

%CF; Has 2+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, materials handling, or receiving and distribution (preferred)

%CF; Has experience using inventory or supply chain management systems (preferred)

%CF; Possesses basic computer skills, including email and data entry

%CF; Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail

%CF; Communicates clearly and provides excellent customer service

%CF; Is able to work independently and as part of a team

%CF; Can accurately maintain inventory records and documentation

%CF; Is willing to obtain California Designated Representative (Exemptee) certification for on-call eligibility (required)

%CF; Is willing to support warehouse operations and other assigned duties as needed

What you'll do

%CF; Receive, store, and distribute supplies and equipment throughout the facility

%CF; Maintain inventory using the supply chain management system

%CF; Deliver supplies to hospital departments and offsite locations

%CF; Assist with the pickup and delivery of records and supplies

%CF; Assign storage locations and container labels

%CF; Operate barcode scanners to track inventory and records

%CF; Retrieve, store, and purge records according to departmental policies

%CF; Maintain record retention inventories with guidance from the Warehouse Supervisor

%CF; Assist with general warehouse operations and inventory activities

%CF; Support maintenance and upkeep of warehouse vehicles and equipment

%CF; Provide support to additional departments as needed

%CF; Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused work environment
