Pay: $23 – $28 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Saturday
Jamalaye Auto Corp is hiring a reliable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-volume shop. We’re looking for someone who can stay organized, handle a busy workflow, and provide a strong customer experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Write and manage 10+ repair orders daily in a fast-paced service environment
- Greet customers and clearly explain vehicle concerns, recommended services, and repair timelines
- Answer phones and provide updates throughout the repair process
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
- Maintain accurate records and follow all shop procedures

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Comfortable using computers and service/shop management systems
- Automotive knowledge or prior service advisor experience preferred
