CLASS A LOCAL/REGIONAL

We are seeking a Class A driver for our local regional routes, based in West Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of commercial driving experience, a clean driving record, and be able to comply with all safety and regulatory requirements. This position involves driving assigned vehicles across the local region with occasional overnight stays, operating as a solo driver. Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes across the region
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate driving logs and required documentation
• Effectively manage time to meet delivery schedules
• Plan routes efficiently to maximize productivity
• Adhere to background check and operational compliance requirements
• Communicate clearly and resolve driving-related issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial truck driving
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Proven experience in commercial vehicle operation
• Strong route planning and navigation skills
• Ability to conduct vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
• Strict adherence to safety compliance standards
• Excellent time management abilities
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a solo driver on regional routes
• Familiarity with West Coast route logistics and conditions
• Willingness to undertake occasional overnight travel
