Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Fish Monger/Fish Cutter/Clam Shucker to join the team at our store.
Responsibilities
- Cut and trim fish
- Tend to customers
- Receive and inspect fish as it arrives to the store
- Follow high standards of sanitation and quality control
- Stock, refill, and arrange products
Qualifications
- Experience cutting fish, and/or shucking clams
- Must be able to work weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
