Sales & Spa Associate

Must have weekend availability 9:30-7!!

GLO30 is hiring a hospitality-minded Sales Associate and Front Host. We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, and hard-working individuals with a passion for skincare and an excitement for our brand. Our sales associates and front hosts are responsible for curating a welcoming environment for our clients, driving sales, and client retention.

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

%CF; Providing high-level hospitality to our clients and addressing their needs, with a positive and client-focused attitude

%CF; Perform routine client-facing system tasks, including new account setup, scheduling, canceling, and rebooking appointments; product, service, or membership purchases; and other general account needs as requested

%CF; Supporting the store manager in ensuring that the store is client-ready, including cleaning, tidying, and restocking the common area and bathrooms

%CF; Supporting the Providers to ensure a successful check-in/check-out process

%CF; Demonstrating retail product and service knowledge, assisting clients with product and service recommendations

%CF; Communicate with store and general manager of client issues and assist in addressing the matter appropriately

%CF; Assisting in other daily tasks and projects, as needed

Qualifications:

%CF; Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a client-facing environment

%CF; Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction

%CF; Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities

%CF; Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills

%CF; Must have a positive, can-do attitude

%CF; Must have friendly and professional phone and email etiquette

%CF; Must have excellent organizational skills

%CF; Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time

%CF; Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30lbs

%CF; Must be able to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary

%CF; Previous fitness studio experience is a strong plus for this candidate
