About Us
We’re a high-volume, community-focused pediatric practice serving families across the Denver metro area. Our clinic serves a diverse population, including many Spanish-speaking families, and we pride ourselves on compassionate, accessible care. We’re looking for a skilled Triage RN who can step in with confidence, think on their feet, and help keep our clinic running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Manage triage phone calls using evidence-based pediatric protocols
Assess symptoms, determine urgency, and provide safe, appropriate guidance
Coordinate care efficiently between providers, families, and clinical staff
Document all encounters thoroughly in EPIC
Support providers with patient flow, medication questions, and follow-up care
Assist with immunizations, vitals, and in-office procedures as needed
Communicate clearly and compassionately with families
Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold all clinic policies
What We’re Looking For
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
Pediatric experience required (clinic, hospital, or triage experience strongly preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish preferred due to patient population
Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills
Confident phone triage communication
Comfortable working in a fast-paced pediatric environment
EPIC experience is a strong plus
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time position
Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Competitive pay based on experience

Located in Aurora, CO, our team of two pediatricians, a PA, 2 NP, and behavioral health provider works collaboratively to support the physical, emotional, and developmental health of our patients—many of whom are covered by Medicaid. We pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with families and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for both patients and staff.
