Wok Cook - Karavan Restaurant

We’re looking for a line cook at wok station to prepare authentic dishes with high-quality ingredients. You’ll master the wok, ensuring bold flavors and perfect execution every time.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep food fresh, flavorful, and visually appealing.

• Follow recipes, plating standards, and portion control for consistency

• Prepare and cook authentic Central Asian dishes

• Keep station clean, organized, and compliant with food safety (FIFO, labeling, storage).

• Assist in inventory management and ingredient prep.

• Support catering/special events and team tasks as needed.

• Work closely with BOH/FOH teams for smooth service.
