Licensed Insurance Client Care Representative

Overview

• Location: Scottsdale, AZ (On-Site)
• Type: Temporary-to-Permanent
• Compensation: $26.40/hr ($55,000/yr) + Future Incentives

Role Mission

Serve as the firm's premier client concierge. You will qualify incoming marketing leads (Phase 1) and transition into long-term relationship management to guide families through retirement (Phase 2).

Core Responsibilities

• Operations: Execute onboarding paperwork to implement advisor financial plans.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary, empathetic contact for client inquiries.
• Account Management: Schedule reviews and prep data for advisory meetings.
• Events: Coordinate educational workshops and client appreciation events.
• Crisis Support: Guide clients through major life transitions (grief, health changes).

️ Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years in financial services, wealth management, or insurance.
• License: Active State Life & Health Insurance License (Required).
• Demographic: Familiarity with the Scottsdale/Phoenix retiree community.
• Tech Stack: CRMs, eMoney/MoneyGuidePro, Google Suite, and AI tools.
