Therapy Clinician

The Wellmore Centre is seeking a motivated, client-centered therapist/counselor to join our behavioral health outpatient office in New Philadelphia, Ohio.

We serve individuals 18 and over throughout Tuscarawas and Harrison Counties and surrounding areas. We are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Our services include:

• Individual therapy
• Group therapy
• Family therapy
• Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) in partnership with in-house providers
• Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) for substance use disorders

The Wellmore Centre is certified through the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and is a member of the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselors. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Part-time or Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Minimum of one late evening per week required (until 8:00 PM)
• Private office setting
• Supportive, team-oriented environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide individual and group therapy to adult clients
• Treat clients with mental health and/or substance use disorders
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with Ohio licensure and ethical standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Active Ohio license: LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, or LISW

Preferred:

• Experience working with substance use disorders
• Experience providing group therapy

Independent licensure preferred but not required.
