Appointment Setter

The Appointment Setter will primarily engage individual consumers through outbound calling to schedule appointments effectively. This role involves maintaining consistent customer communication and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The Appointment Setter will utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and track interactions within a fast-paced environment, aiming to set between 10 to 20 appointments daily.
