A well-established and growing upscale casual restaurant group is seeking a strong Restaurant Manager for its Omaha market. This company has a proven track record across the Midwest, recently opened a new Omaha-area restaurant, and is preparing to open another location in the Omaha area.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary $55K - $70K, PLUS Top Bonus, Strong Benefits, Insurance, Growth Opportunities, and more.

What You’ll Do:

The Restaurant Manager will help lead daily restaurant operations, support team development, drive guest satisfaction, and partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure strong execution across front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and motivate hourly team members during daily shifts
• Ensure excellent guest service and hospitality standards
• Support training, scheduling, hiring, and team development
• Maintain high standards around food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service
• Help drive sales, control costs, and improve restaurant performance
• Assist with inventory, labor management, and operational execution
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and quickly
• Build a positive, accountable, team-first culture
• Support new restaurant growth and future expansion in the Omaha market

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
• Experience in full-service, casual dining, upscale casual, bar/restaurant, or high-volume restaurant environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to lead from the floor and stay hands-on during busy shifts
• A guest-first mindset and passion for hospitality
• Strong attention to detail around service, food quality, and cleanliness
• Ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable
• Comfort working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A desire to grow with a company expanding in the Omaha market
