Personal Injury Case Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Case Manager to join our personal injury legal team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing a diverse portfolio of personal injury legal cases, ensuring efficient case progression and compliance with legal standards.

Duties

• Manage and coordinate personal injury cases in pre-litigation from start to finish.
• Answer phone calls.
• Draft and review Demand Letters.
• Negotiate settlements and lien reductions.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years minimum experience.
• Spanish Speaker is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines (case load is less around 50 cases)
• Ability to handle clerical tasks such as obtaining and organizing medical records/bills

This role is an in-person only position.
