Construction Estimator

The Construction Estimator plays a crucial role in managing cost estimations and budgeting for a variety of construction projects including mixed project types and public works across multiple disciplines. Working within a small team, this role requires some site visit involvement to ensure accurate quantity takeoffs and bid preparations. Job order contracting (JOC) experience is recommended but not required. The estimator will coordinate with vendors and keep project budgets aligned to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimations for diverse construction projects
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs to support bids
• Compile and submit comprehensive bid proposals
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing and procurement details

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction estimating
