Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to join our team on a full-time basis (40 hours/week).
In this versatile role, you will assist across multiple pharmacy operations—from greeting patients and processing prescriptions to managing inventory and assisting with customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Patient & Customer Service: Greet patients, answer incoming phone calls, and deliver compassionate, exceptional customer service.
- Prescription Processing: Receive, input, fill, and process prescriptions accurately under the supervision of the pharmacist.
- Pharmacy Operations: Maintain organized workstations, assist with inventory management, and handle point-of-sale register transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work flexibly across various pharmacy tasks to support smooth daily workflow and high patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Active, valid California Pharmacy Technician License issued by the CA Board of Pharmacy (Required).
- Experience: 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
- Language: Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred to support our local community.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
Schedule & Location
- Shift: Day Shift (Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM; Saturday 9 AM–1 PM)
- Location: On-site in Salinas, CA
