Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and support the talent needs of multiple business units, including Operations, Finance, and Legal. In this role, you will manage the full cycle recruitment process, partnering cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class candidate and customer experience. Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume full cycle recruitment process for multiple business units within the Talent Acquisition Team
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategy through intake meetings, interview kickoffs, and feedback sessions
• Review resumes from various sources and conduct phone interviews to prescreen candidates and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with Sourcers to develop strategies to attract and recruit diverse talent in competitive markets
• Coach hiring managers on creating structured interviews and developing behavioral interview questions
• Develop and maintain relationships with communities, including colleges, agencies, and professional organizations
• Support various ad hoc recruitment projects and initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years full cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, high-volume environments
• Strong experience recruiting, hiring, and interviewing across numerous disciplines
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience partnering across organizations with HR, hiring teams, and stakeholders at various levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work professionally with diverse functional groups and employee levels to achieve results

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years corporate recruiting experience
