Position: Project Manager - Impact Windows
Qualified Candidate MUST have Project Manager experience specifically with windows and doors (NO roofing or construction).
Experience:
%AA; 5+ years of project management experience with windows and doors
%AA; Residential window installation experience
Required Skills:
%AA; Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities
%AA; Exceptional communication skills; comfortable handling concerns with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors
%AA; Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Responsibilities:
%AA; Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors
%AA; Conduct on-site punch list walkthroughs for each window installation project
%AA; Order window materials and ensure timely delivery
%AA; Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners
%AA; Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors
