Lead Teacher - Special Education setting

The Academy of Spectrum Diversity is a Private, Nonprofit School seeking a Lead Teacher to find a home in one of our small classroom settings (10-12 Students). The candidate must possess a Bachelors degree,and/or 3 years of teaching experience with special needs students. Candidate must also pass a level 2 Background check.

• Strong analytical abilities and enthusiasm for data-driven instruction, including evaluation and readjusting instruction to fit each student’s needs
• Adaptability and willingness to deliver established, proven, rigorous curriculum provided by our Curriculum team leader.
• Collaborative work style paired with the ability to take initiative
• Ability to inspire students to have high standards and responsibility for their own academic and behavioral success with a compassionate approach
