Infant Toddler Lead Teacher
Job Description
KCA is seeking a warm, energetic, and dedicated Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment where our youngest learners can thrive. As a Lead Teacher, you will design and implement foundational learning experiences, manage daily classroom routines, and build strong, trusting partnerships with families. If you have a passion for early childhood development and love watching minds grow from the very beginning, we want to hear from you! Key duties include delivering high-quality care (feeding, diapering, naps), developing sensory/learning activities, maintaining licensing compliance, and communicating daily with families regarding child development.
Infant/Toddler Lead Lead Teacher Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood development or education or current enrollment in a similar degree program preferred
- CDA credential or willing to obtain an employer sponsored CDA
- At least one year child care experience
- First aid and CPR certification
