Service Writer/ Store Manager

We are seeking a Service Writer/ Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the auto technicians team.

Responsibilities:

• Open shop in mornings and cheerfully greet customers.
• Knowledgeably discuss vehicles 2010-2022 with customers.
• Write and sell service orders according to technician assessments.
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

• Previous experience in automotive maintenance and repair shop.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
