Inside Sales Account Representative

PrideStaff, on behalf of one of our clients in Pompano Beach, is looking for a very dynamic and amazing Inside Sales Account Manager who is experienced in a high level of sales.

Responsibilities:

• Showcase and sell a wide range of flooring, kitchen, and bathroom materials and installation services
• Develop and expand client base through networking, cold calling, warm calling, and innovative outreach strategies
• Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the entire sales process
• Create accurate estimates and liaise with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and product samples
• Provide exceptional customer service and product guidance in the showroom
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and installation techniques
• Collaborate with the FF team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's products and services

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the home improvement or related industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and technologies
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

Benefits:

• Base salary plus generous commission plan
• Paid Time Off (Dec 24th to Jan 1st off), Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of Thanksgiving week off, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 15 days off for personal use per year (sick, personal, vacation) Can Carry over 3 days each year.
