Industrial Manufacturing Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of production departments. This role ensures our clients employees meet safety, productivity, quality, and housekeeping goals.

Required Skills

· Coordinating production activities, people, processes, and materials to complete production schedules according to process specifications

· Identifying problems and initiating corrective action

· Directing multi-functions

· Administering company policies and procedures

· Ensuring employee safety

· Determining manpower requirements to meet schedules

· Facilitating internal continuous improvement processes

· Participating in formulating manufacturing policies and procedures

Required Experience

· High School Diploma

· 5 - 8 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with 3 years in a supervisory role

· Bi-lingual English and Spanish speaker preferred

· Mechanical aptitude to interface with people and processes

· Able to manage multiple short-term tasks at the same time
