Server/Bartender

No Ka Oi is looking for a friendly, reliable Server/Bartender to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, taking food and drink orders, preparing beverages, and ensuring guests have a great experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is efficient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and standards
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, specials, and drink offerings
• Process payments and operate the POS system
• Keep bar and service areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Check IDs and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

• Previous serving or bartending experience preferred (we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
