- First Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Second Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Third Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you’ll work directly with individuals to:
- Support personal care, daily living, and independence.
- Encourage community involvement, recreation, and meaningful relationships.
- Assist with medical appointments, exercise programs, and medication management.
- Provide guidance in skills like cooking, budgeting, housekeeping, and safety awareness.
- Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment where residents can reach their goals.
