We are actively expanding beyond traditional retail services and building a specialty pharmacy program to better serve complex patient needs. This position offers a unique opportunity for a pharmacist to grow and advance alongside our evolving pharmacy program.

Unique Opportunity

St. Mary Pharmacy is the only pharmacy in Lake County with a dual accreditation from URAC and ACHC. Additionally, you will receive guidance from leadership with 20 plus years in compounding, 10 years in specialty, and a proven track record in hands-on training.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required

  • Active pharmacist license in the state of Florida

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe practice

  • Willingness to be trained in compounding and PIC responsibilities

  • Prior leadership or compounding experience is a plus, but not required

Growth & Development

We’re not just hiring for today — we’re investing in the future. As our pharmacy expands into the specialty space and builds out new services, this role offers long-term professional advancement for the right candidate.

To support this journey, the selected pharmacist will receive direct mentorship from the pharmacy owner and senior leadership, including structured guidance in:

  • Compounding and regulatory compliance

  • Pharmacy operations and workflow optimization

  • Management and leadership development

  • Strategic planning and expansion initiatives

Benefits
