Commercial Construction Superintendent

EFH Co. is seeking a qualified Construction Superintendent to support the execution of small to mid‐size commercial projects. This position is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with contract documents and company standards. The Superintendent will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients, and is expected to maintain a professional presence representing the company at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on‐site construction activities from mobilization through project close‐out
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and site logistics
• Monitor project schedules and progress to ensure milestones are met
• Enforce company safety policies and applicable regulatory requirements
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Utilize project management software to track progress, communications, and documentation
• Conduct regular site meetings and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain clean, safe, and well‐organized jobsites

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Construction Superintendent with a commercial general contractor on small to mid‐size projects
• Ability to reliably work 40 hours per week, with flexibility as project demands dictate
• Ability to commute regularly to the office and assigned jobsites
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using construction project management software such as Procore
• Commercial construction experience
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving skills
