As a Fabricator
What You'll Do:
• Fabricate, cut, and shape stone slabs according to precise measurements and templates.
• Polish and finish surfaces to achieve a flawless, high-quality look and feel. • Operate fabrication tools and machinery such as bridge saws, grinders, and polishers.
• Inspect finished pieces for quality, ensuring edges, seams, and surfaces meet Moda-Stone’s exacting standards.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless fit and finish on-site.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
What You'll Bring
• Experience in stone fabrication and/or polishing granite, quartz, marble preferred. However, we are willing to train the right individual.
• Skilled in using fabrication tools and equipment with precision and care.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, templates, and measurements.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy stone slabs safely.
• A team-oriented mindset and pride in craftsmanship.
As a Material Handler
What You’ll Be Doing:
You'll be moving and organizing stone slabs, making sure our fabricators have what they need, and keeping things safe and tidy.
• Use forklifts and overhead cranes to move slabs around the yard and shop.
• Keep our slab inventory organized and easy to find.
• Get materials ready for cutting, polishing, and installation.
• Help keep the shop clean and safe.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in material handling, warehouse, or construction work is great—but we’ll train the right person.
• Comfortable operating (or learning to operate) forklifts and cranes.
• Attention to detail and a focus on safety.
• Able to handle heavy materials with the right equipment.
