Pathways to Purpose in Cleveland, OH is looking for a passionate and organized Youth Care Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to youth care staff and program coordinators
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to youth services and case management
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and program activities for staff and youth participants
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and compliance documentation for youth care programs
- Serve as a welcoming point of contact for youth, families, and community partners
- Support intake processes and help coordinate referrals to appropriate services
- Assist with preparing program materials, newsletters, and communications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred
- Prior administrative or clerical experience, ideally in a social services or nonprofit setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and youth-friendly demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
