We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a polished, upscale steakhouse in Winter Park, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality-driven leader who thrives in a high-volume, full-service environment and knows how to build strong teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations and maintain exceptional service standards
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership and service team
• Drive sales, profitability, labor management, and cost controls
• Maintain a strong floor presence and build relationships with guests
• Partner closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless FOH/BOH execution
• Uphold high standards for food, beverage, hospitality, cleanliness, and overall operations
• Create a positive, accountable culture focused on team development and retention

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale steakhouse, fine-dining, or high-volume full-service restaurant
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, labor, cost controls, and restaurant financials
• Proven ability to develop managers and hourly teams
• Polished, hands-on leadership style with a strong passion for hospitality
• Experience in a scratch-kitchen, chef-driven environment preferred
• Strong beverage and wine knowledge is a plus

Compensation

$85,000–$90,000 base salary, plus bonus potential and benefits.
