Experienced General Maintenance Laborer wanted for 1st Shift, Monday through Friday 40 hours per week. We are looking for responsible, reliable, and hard-working individuals in Downingtown/Exton. Qualified candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (individuals will be expected to communicate directly with Company personnel), have general contracting/maintenance skills, and be able to exhibit a high degree of professionalism.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Ability to read, write, speaks, and understand English fluently.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Must be customer service oriented.
4. Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards.
6. Ability to use common tools.
7. Ability to understand and follow directions as given.
8. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to push a minimum of 100 pounds (power cleaning appliances); ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds (trash and supplies).
2. Ability to climb ladder and step ladder.
3. Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, laying horizontally, climbing, walking, etc., as a job may require.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean criminal background. We also require that upon hire you pass a pre-employment drug screen.
