Position Summary
Pizza Bear is hiring friendly, efficient Counter Service team members to help create
a welcoming and smooth guest experience. This role is responsible for taking
orders, guiding guests through the menu, and keeping service running with
warmth, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
 Greet guests and take orders accurately at the counter
 Provide menu knowledge and thoughtful recommendations
 Handle POS transactions quickly and correctly
 Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area
 Communicate clearly with the kitchen during service
 Support expo, food running, and light prep as needed
Qualifications
 Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
 Strong communication and people skills
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
 Positive attitude and team-first mindset
 Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
