Book Keeper - Full Time

HaulHub Technologies is looking for an experienced full-time bookkeeper to support our accounting and finance operations. HaulHub is a 100% remote software development firm, with its executives based in southern NH. While the position and duties will be remote, candidate should live within approximately 100 miles of Portsmouth, NH for an in-person interview and occasional meetings as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing accounts payable and paying vendor bills
• Maintaining transactions and records in QuickBooks
• Preparing weekly cash reports and cash position updates
• Running company payroll
• Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
• Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end accounting as needed
• Coordinating with management and our outside accounting/tax team when necessary

Ideal candidate:

• Strong QuickBooks experience
• Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Experience processing payroll
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to handle confidential financial information
• Experience working with a growing technology or small-to-mid-sized business is a plus

Schedule & Location:

• Approximately 5 days per week
• Position will be primarily remote
• Candidate should live within approximately 100 miles of Portsmouth, NH for an in-person interview and occasional meetings as needed
