Food and Beverage Supervisor

This position will be assisting in running the food and beverage department for Southwood Golf Club, directly reporting to the food and beverage manager.

You will oversee a staff of 20-25 people, including servers, line cooks, bussers, hostesses, and dishwashers

Must have experience in supervising a restaurant, banquet events, orders, bar knowledge, cost control, and customer service in semi-private clubs.

Must also have experience in hiring/firing, scheduling, and training waitstaff. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in these fields at a minimum.

Availability is weekdays and weekends, some early mornings. Usually working no later than 9 pm with weekends. 35-40hours a week. College degree preferred in related field but not required.
