Shifts:
- Weekend: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (36 hrs.) + $6/hr. shift differential

Swing: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
Relocation: Up to $7,500 relocation assistance available

Position Summary
Seeking experienced CNC Machinists with strong setup and machining skills for a precision manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on machining role focused on complex CNC setups, precision parts, troubleshooting, blueprint interpretation, and independent machining.
Ideal candidates will have experience with Swiss lathes, CNC mills, grinders, and/or manual machining and should be capable of working with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment for complex, tight-tolerance parts.
- Work from blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, sketches, and work instructions.
- Perform complex machine setups using standard and custom tooling/fixtures.
- Operate multiple machines and manage simultaneous machining operations.
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, dimensional, and process issues.
- Perform precision inspection using micrometers, calipers, gauges, comparators, surface plates, and CMMs.
- Apply advanced shop mathematics, including trigonometry.
- Perform SPC and maintain required quality documentation.
- Collaborate with Engineering to resolve drawing, tooling, and manufacturing issues.
- Develop or improve machining processes where documentation is limited.
- Maintain machines, tooling, and work areas for safe and efficient operation.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor less-experienced machinists as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience in a precision/high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong CNC machine setup and troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to independently produce precision parts to tight tolerances.
- Strong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skills.
- Experience with precision measuring equipment and inspection methods.
- Knowledge of advanced shop math and trigonometry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
