CDL Class A Truck Driver - Reefer/Flatbed

We are looking for motivated and reliable CDL Class A OTR Drivers to join our growing team. If you have experience with reefer or flatbed trailers, we offer competitive pay, modern equipment, and consistent miles across the U.S.

What We Offer

• Reefer Pay: 28% of gross or up to $0.68/mile

• Flatbed Pay: 31% of gross + $50 tarp load (1+ year exp) OR 30% + $50 tarp (less than 1 year exp)

• Gross Potential:

  • Reefer: $8,000+/week

  • Flatbed: $10,000+/week

• Miles: 4,000+ miles/week

• Schedule Options:

  • Standard: 28 days on / 7 days off

  • Flexible: 2–3 weeks on / 3–4 days off (case-by-case)

• Modern Fleet: Trucks under 5 years old (Volvo VNL, Freightliner Cascadia)
