Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves handling cash transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive fun experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
Handle cash payments securely.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers with their needs.
Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be 21 years old
Previous experience in bartending or security roles is a plus,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Must pass background check
