Responsibilities
  • Repair damaged vehicle bodies, frames, and structural components to manufacturer specifications.
  • Remove, repair, and replace damaged body panels, bumpers, fenders, hoods, doors, and other components.
  • Perform metal straightening, welding, panel alignment, and dent repair.
  • Prepare repaired surfaces for paint by sanding, grinding, filling, and masking.
  • Install replacement parts, moldings, trim, glass, and other vehicle components.
  • Read and interpret repair orders, estimates, and OEM repair procedures.
  • Use frame measuring and straightening equipment to restore vehicle structural integrity.
  • Ensure all repairs meet quality, safety, and manufacturer standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Properly use and maintain shop tools and equipment.
  • Communicate repair progress and any additional damage to management promptly.
  • Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Perform final quality inspections before vehicles move to the next repair stage.
  • Work collaboratively with estimators, painters, and other technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Qualifications
  • Previous auto body repair experience preferred.
  • Ability to use body repair tools, welders, frame machines, and measuring equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
  • I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced collision repair environment.

  • Drug-free workplace. Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment and/or random drug screenings if required.
  • Non-smokers only.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Frequently inspect vehicles by bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to safely operate customer and company vehicles.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
  • Must maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment
