Northeastern Appliance Service is looking for a dependable Warehouse / Parts Associate to join our growing team. If you're organized, reliable, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.
No appliance experience required—we're willing to train the right candidate. Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping & receiving, automotive parts, retail inventory, or distribution is a plus.

What You'll Do

Manage inventory: Receive, inspect, stock, organize, and track appliance parts while maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts.

Prepare and process orders: Pick, pack, and stage parts for technicians and customers, process shipping and returns, and assist with loading and unloading deliveries.

Maintain an efficient warehouse: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe while working closely with technicians and customer service to ensure the right parts are available when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, stockroom, or parts experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
- Able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely move boxes and inventory
- Valid driver's license preferred
