Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to help with a 3 month project. You will be responsible for coordinating bus schedules for transportation.
- Basic computer skills
- Typing accurately at a rate of 40-50 words per minute
- Outbound and inbound call center experience
- Must have experience writing a business e-mail
- Strong phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently in a shared work environment
