Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and supervision based on individualized support plans
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation
- Support community integration (appointments, outings, social activities)
- Implement behavior support strategies as needed
- Administer or assist with medications (if certified)
- Complete accurate documentation and daily progress notes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and structured environment
