Water Truck Driver

Heavy Highway Construction company in South Texas is hiring experienced truck drivers.

Job Description

Drive and operate a water truck in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life.

Essential Job Functions and Requirements

• Commercial Driver License with good driving record required.
• Tanker endorsement required.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance check of the truck.
• Must have knowledge of applicable DOT rules and regulations.
• May be required to help with ground work when truck is not being operated.
• Operate all commercial vehicles in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
• Advise the Foreman/Superintendent of any requirements for maintenance or repairs.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Practice workplace safety.
• Performs other related duties.
