Responsibilities:
- Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing
- Handling repairs and installations for residential and commercial properties
- Assessing and identifying issues to determine the best course of action
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
