This is a full-time Shipping Warehouse Associate position focused on shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. This role is perfect for someone with at least two years of hands-on experience in warehouse management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. Strong attention to detail is a must.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight companies, and forwarders
- Schedule shipments and oversee truck loading/unloading
- Verify shipping documents and maintain shipping records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Pick, pack, scan, and prepare orders for shipment
- Generate shipping labels and shipping reports
- Maintain inventory accuracy and product quality
- Assist with quarterly physical inventories
- Wrap and band pallets when required
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and shelf pickers
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Required Qualifications
- · Strong attention to detail is a must
- · Minimum 2 years in a warehouse, transportation, or distribution environment
- · Forklift certification/license
- · Strong communication and teamwork skills
- · Ability to perform accurate calculations
- · Experience with inventory systems and warehouse equipment preferred
- · Ability to maintain a productive and organized work environment
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand and/or sit for extended periods
- Reach, bend, crouch, climb ladders, stairs, and ramps
- Perform repetitive warehouse tasks
- Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures
